We offer thirteen different types of tutored exercises:

 

METABOLIC EFFECT - NEW:

Metabolic Effect (ME) is a new generation of group exercise. It combines scientific knowledge of hormones and metabolic training. Whereas other group exercises focus mainly on aerobic training and calorie burning by performing exercises to music, ME concentrates on combining high intensity exercises, sprints, and functional training to reach your physical maximum.

ME is a unique workout, also called REST BASE TRAINING. It enables every individual to increase training intensity to the point where key hormones are released and AFTER BURN EFFECT, which can last up to two days after the workout, takes place.

ZUMBA:

Zumba is so delightful, efficient and simple that you would be tempted to practice it every day. Zumba classes are performed to Latin American music (merengue, salsa, cumbia, reggaeton, calypso, samba...), which relaxes you and fills you with energy. Choreographies follow the principle of interval training that stimulates fat burning and increases muscle tonus. The stress in on muscle groups of legs, buttocks, hands, belly and the most important muscle - your heart! Zumba is designed in a way that can be practiced by anyone, regardless of his or her age, previous dancing experience or physical fitness, as it is a combination of basic dance steps to the sexy music in Latin American rhythms.


You can visit Zumba classes during the 2010/2011 season as well.

SPEED BIKE:


Speed Bike is a tutored exercise performed to music on a stationary bike (spinner). It can be attended by every individual as well as a professional athlete. Carefully planned trainings are led by professional instructors. Despite its group character, Speed Bike is actually an individual training, where a trainee sets himself the level of intensity on the bike according to his or her age, physical condition and training goal. Speed Bike is not only about physical strain, it is also about mental relaxation. With Speed Bike, you can improve your physical and mental condition.


SPEED BIKE (CHALLENGE):


It is a one-hour high intensity trainingon a stationary bike, aiming at strengthening your body. The training has other purposes as well, mainly losing weight and increasing physical endurance. By adding weights we strengthen leg muscles, whereas push-ups are made to fortify arm muscles. Additional exercises are performed to strengthen chest, abdominal and back muscles.


Trainees perform several elements of cycling such as: climbing in sitting and standing position, interval sprints, jumps, downhill riding, and speed race.


Speed Bike is a unique training program that allows you to maximally profit from exercising in optimal time.


LUPIT POLE DANCE


Lupit Pole Dance is an exercise that increases flexibility, endurance and physical strenght and is performed with a pole. It is suitable for every age, regardless of your previous knowledge, as everyone trains according to her own abilities.


This exercise combines several dance elements with the pole and on the ground that actually melt calories.


Join us and build a firm, athletic body and self-esteem by pole-climbing, pole-descending and spinning.


Things you should bring to pole dance class:

  • jazz slippers
  • a towel

  • lots of confidence and spirit
     

LBT (legs, bums & tums):


It is an aerobic exercise, focused on muscles in the abdomen, buttocks and legs. The class is composed of two parts. In the first, aerobic part, we activate energy systems and increase heart rate to the level of fat burning. The second, strengthening part is about building up certain parts of the body in order to tone and strengthen muscles. The choreography is not complicated and is thus suitable for beginners as well as advances practitioners.


FIT LBT:


The original LBT is supplemented with strengthening exercises for arms with 2-pound dumbbells. The choreography is not complicated and is thus suitable for beginners as well as advances practitioners.


GLIDE LBT:


It is an aerobic exercise that strengthens muscles in the abdomen, buttocks and legs. The first aerobic part of the exercise takes 25 minutes and is performed on a step, whereas the second part, which lasts about 20 minutes, includes aerobic and strengthening exercises for leg muscles with help of gliding discs. The last 10 minutes are dedicated to strengthening exercises for particular parts of the body, followed by stretching and relaxation. The choreography is not complicated and is thus suitable for beginners as well as advances practitioners


SKY POWER:


One-hour training with light weights to give your body an ideal shape. The exercise is fun, efficient, does not include a complicated choreography and is therefore suitable for anyone. It contains elements of aerobic and anaerobic exercises in order to strengthen all muscle groups. It is performed to a chosen music and led by a professional instructor.


SKY POWER (CHALLENGE):


It is a one—hour high intensity training with several weights that strengthens the entire body. It includes several different exercises for strength and endurance, using different sports requisites.


Anyone who wishes to attend to SKY POWER or SKY POWER (CHALLENGE) classes must first visit the SKY POWER CLINIC, where the instructor informs you about the proper execution of exercises.


SKY BO NO LIMITS:


Aerobic, dynamic and heterogeneous exercise with elements of martial arts. It increases your physical fitness and endurance. It particularly focuses on muscles of abdomen and thighs. It is a highly intense, yet safe training to maintain physical fitness, increase adrenalin levels and build self-esteem. Join us at the SKY-BO training to have an awesome energy experience. This exercise is suitable for everyone, regardless of their sex or age.


POWER FLOW VINYASA YOGA:


Yoga is not only about relaxation and mediation. Power Flow Vinyasa Yoga (PFY) as the second Vinyasa yoga system is a perfect form of movement, where you do not compete with your own body or with anyone else, but consciously perform each move with full respect to our own body. The class is performed to pleasant chillout-downtempo music, whereas we change yoga postures with soft moves (Vinyasay) that are harmonized with breathing.


After a couple of classes, you will already feel refreshed, with increased concentration and better overall feeling of health. Yoga is also good for those who want to improve their physical fitness or lose weight. PFY is also excellent for overcoming anxiety or depression, to balance your heart pressure or increase lung capacity.


Things you should bring to yoga class:
  • light and airy sports clothes
  • a towel
  • a yoga mat
  • socks and a sweater or a blanket to cover yourself at the end of the class (pashmina)
  • positive attitude
  • come on time (at least 5 minutes for the beginning)
  • the last meal should be at least 3 hours before the class


PILATES:


It is a static form of exercise based on breathing, correct posture and body control. This exercise builds your “muscle corset" which enables you to train safely. Pilates is also suitable for people with back problems, as well as for everyone who wishes to improve flexibility and strength of the entire body, especially core and pelvic muscles.
