Raising awareness about the importance of physical exercise is our main goal!

Physical activity is not only a trend, but a necessity in modern age. Several studies speak of the benefits of recreational training for your physical and mental health.

 

Physical exercise can increase muscle blood flow up to ten times, thus bringing more oxygen to muscles. Exercising increases muscular tonus, reduces body fat and causes muscular hypertrophy.

 

Regular training in fitness can activate all muscle groups. It also strengthens joint ligaments, which is extremely important, as it impedes wearing out of the cartilage.

 

Fitness Center BIT has an air-conditioned exercise area of 400m2 with wide variety of cardio machines (treadmills, stairmasters, stationary bikes, spinners, elliptical trainers...), weight machines and free weights.

Our fitness center offers a variety of fitness machines for different types of exercises. Using different machines will make your training more interesting and fun. The equipment in our center is regularly and properly maintained.

 

We would particularly like to present you to our broad spectrum of equipment for free weight training. It is important to know that to train properly and to reach a desired result, one has to regularly change types of exercises and gradually increase weight. With the large number of free weights in our center, that won’t be a problem.

 

First Visit

New Fitness Center BIT members get one free our with a personal trainer who introduces them to the machines, the proper execution of exercises, gives you a basic training program and tips on proper nutrition. You won’t become an expert in one hour, but it will give you enough information to start exercising on your own.
